SALARY: $114,978 - 131,724 p.a. + Super

Camden Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who thrives in fast paced, high demand environments to join our team as a corporate Change Manager.

Reporting directly to the Director Customer & Corporate Strategy, this pivotal role will lead the design and execution of change management strategies that drive the delivery of Council's strategic priorities.

The successful applicant will bring proven experience in transformational change, with a strong track record of developing and executing change management strategies , and be passionate about building strong relationships and engaging a wide range of stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes.

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in organisation culture &/or digital transformation change management within large-scale transformation programs
  • Relevant qualifications in change management, project management or related fields and strong understanding of change frameworks and tools
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence without authority
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities and projects and the flexibility to work with changing circumstances

Desirable:

  • Sound local government knowledge and/or experience
  • Understanding and application of current continuous improvement methodology, tools and techniques
