SALARY: $114,978 - 131,724 p.a. + Super

Camden Council is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our high performing team as a Transformation Project Manager.
Reporting directly to the Director Customer & Corporate Strategy, this critical role will lead the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives, building momentum and accelerating progress on high impact change programs.
The successful applicant will have a strong track record in leading transformation, combining exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, to drive outcomes that make a real difference.

Essential:
- Demonstrated experience in project management of transformational programs
- Relevant qualifications in project management, change management, or related field
- Experience in facilitating, managing & delivering complex transformation projects and outcomes to achieve goals and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities and projects and the flexibility to work with changing circumstances
- Experience taking initiative, acting with confidence and working under own direction
- High level communication & engagement skills with a strong focus on change management
Desirable:
- Sound local government knowledge and/or experience
- Understanding and application of current continuous improvement methodology, tools and techniques
