SALARY: $1,937.28 - $ 2,219.99 pw +Super

Work Type: Temporary Full Time - 3-year Contract

The Digital, Technology and Innovation Branch are on the search for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Team Leader Digital and Enterprise Solutions to support and evolve our enterprise systems. You will also have the opportunity to use your planning and problem-solving skills to contribute to:

  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our HR and business systems, including Cornerstone HRIS, by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
  • Providing Level 3+ technical support and acting as a subject matter expert across enterprise systems.
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues and deliver scalable, secure solutions.
  • Participating in cybersecurity initiatives, IT audit activities, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, system designs, and process maps.!

Essential:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline or substantial experience in Business/Systems Analysis.
  • Experience administering, implementing, and configuring on-premises or cloud-based ERP systems and other SaaS applications aligned with design principles.
  • Ability to create comprehensive system and supporting project documentation including requirements documents, technical and functional specifications, as-is/as-built documentation, etc.
  • Proficiency in systems integration.
  • Solid experience working with data and modern database solutions, including data design and utilising data extraction tools (SQL, Power BI, ETL, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

  • Previous Local government employment in IT support and administration.
  • Experience supporting and managing multiple cloud-based enterprise systems.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform.
