Salary
$88,415 to $99,014 per annum (based on 76 hours per fortnight), plus superannuation, and a 9 day fortnight. Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications and experience.

About the role
In this role you will support the delivery of Council’s building maintenance, capital works, and asset management functions You will be responsible for
- The delivery and support of capital works and building maintenance programs
- Contribute to asset renewal and improvement programs
- Support asset management practices through data collection and condition assessment
Position requirements
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction (or equivalent)
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
About you
- Proven experience in asset management principles, condition assessment processes, and the effective use of asset management systems to maintain accurate asset data and support lifecycle planning.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic with a commitment to accountability and delivering quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and engage effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgement, with the capacity to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and make informed decisions
