Position Overview
The Manager Business Services will play a crucial role in leading and managing a dedicated team. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of corporate governance, compliance with work health and safety regulations, and the implementation of strategic goals that meet community needs.
In this dynamic role, you will be expected to provide guidance across various functions including human resources, corporate planning and governance, and emergency management, all while taking a lead role as part of the Senior Leadership team to drive innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.
Work conditions will be in accordance with Circular Head Council Enterprise Agreement.

- Tertiary qualification in Management or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will earn an attractive salary of $107,100 PLUS super and a range of benefits including:
