SALARY: $1,481.63 - 1,697.30 pw + Super

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for civil infrastructure and community service? Camden Council is seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader - Civil Operations to lead the delivery of construction and maintenance programs that enhance the liveability of our region.
As Team Leader - Civil Operations, you will oversee the execution of Council's civil works programs, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You'll lead a team of operatives, manage site operations, and foster a culture of professionalism and customer focus.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience and leadership in Civil operations.
- Ability to calculate quantities of materials for projects
- Ability to undertake minor set out and levelling work
- Ability to operate plant and equipment associated with relevant work type
- Ability to read and interpret and implement Civil Construction designs and Utility Services documentation
- Demonstrated ability to apply EEO, WHS and ethical practice principles and to act with probity at all times
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Traffic Controller Certificate plus Implement Traffic Control Plans Certificate
- Class C Drivers licence.
- Construction Industry White card (General Induction).
Desirable:
- Certificate III Civil Construction/ Frontline Management
