The City of Ryde is a modern local government organization with over 500 employees delivering vital community services. Your primary focus will be to provide recruitment advice and support, working closely with stakeholders to design effective hiring strategies that align with business needs.
With a customer-focused approach, you will ensure positive experiences for hiring managers and candidates while delivering high-quality support to the organisation. Drawing on your strategic approach, strong communication skills, and previous experience, you will build trusted business relationships and position yourself as a valued partner and advisor, planning and delivering innovative talent solutions to meet organisational goals.

You have showcased strong organisational skills and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and the attraction of top talent to achieve successful hiring outcomes.
In addition, you will also have:

- Demonstrated talent acquisition experience in leading recruitment campaigns.
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Knowledge of contemporary attraction and recruitment practices and an innovative approach to recruitment activities.
- Ability to manage communications across different levels of the organisation including senior leadership team.
- High level attention to detail and effective time management to meet business and stakeholder requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address recruitment challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
- Proven ability to take initiative, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality when handling tasks.
Your annual salary will be up to $101,876.91 + Superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will get an annual salary increment effective the first pay period of the financial year.
