About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Town Planner to join our progressive Development Assessment team in the North Ryde Office on a 6-month temporary contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing a range of development applications of varying types and complexity (which may include subdivisions, dwellings, dual occupancy, retail, commercial, and an opportunity to work on larger scale residential development) that will assist you in progressing towards more senior town planning roles in the future. About you
- Tertiary qualifications in town planning or equivalent which would qualify for membership with the Planning Institute of Australia
- Demonstrated experience in development assessment within NSW
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise work and multi-task to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Ability to dynamically adapt to work process improvements
- Current NSW Class C Driver Licence
Your commencing annual salary will range from $88,588.62 - $115,165.21 p.a. + superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
