This is a temporary position for 10 months only.
Kickstart your career with Blue Mountains City Council as a Graduate Landscape Architect. Work on meaningful projects that shape parks, open spaces, and recreation areas across a local government in a World Heritage Area. You will have:
· Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture
· Demonstrated experience in Landscape Architecture projects such as open space, urban design or infrastructure projects.
· Demonstrated ability to project plan and undertake multiple tasks concurrently
· Sound communication, interpersonal, negotiation and public relation skills
· Evidence of high level analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Understanding of risk management principles and procedures.
· Demonstrated experience using office, geographic information systems and design applications ie Rhino, Vectorworks, Autocad, Adobe Suite
· Current Class C driver’s licence.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $70,765 gross per annum
+ 12% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
