Hourly Rate: $34.75 (Grade 6, Step 1) plus 25% casual loading

The Opportunity
Strathfield Council is seeking a motivated Hudson Park Driving Range Assistant to join our team in a casual position.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the driving range by delivering friendly customer service, assisting with counter sales and receipting, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. You will also undertake general operational tasks such as collecting golf balls and maintaining equipment.

Essential Requirements
- Basic working knowledge of procedures or practices in one function.
- General Schooling, Year 12 Standard, or specialist training in one specific subject or skill example – completing a TAFE Certificate Levels 1 & 2.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.
- Effective oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and dealing with difficult customers.
- Possess and maintain a level of physical fitness sufficient to undertake the activities of this level.
- Demonstrated commitment to a self-directed work environment and ability to take initiative to ensure gainful and productive work for each working day.
- Ability to work in a team environment in a cooperative and positive manner.
- A Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
