We’re seeking a dynamic executive to lead our Community Services portfolio encompassing community development, corporate communications, library services, visitor experience and events and customer service. This role offers a high impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in complex environments and can unite people, strategy and service delivery to achieve meaningful community outcomes.
As a member of Council’s executive leadership team, you will set direction,
shape strategy and ensure high‑quality service delivery across a diverse and high‑visibility portfolio.
You will lead multi‑disciplinary teams, manage substantial budgets and assets, provide trusted advice on complex matters, and drive operational excellence.
You will also play a key role in shaping a modern, aligned and high‑performance organisational culture.
