The Creative Industries role sits within BMCC’s Economic Development team, with a focus in supporting artists and creatives making their practice resilient, sustainable and profitable. MTNS MADE is the flagship brand driven by this role. The aim of this role is to create and provide various opportunities to network, train as creative professionals and grow their business.

Candidates must have credible experience in the creative industries and / or economic development fields. Existing relationships and experience with local creative stakeholder groups and institutions will be held in high regard. Event coordination skills, excellent communication skills, visual and written, publishing and some understanding of local government systems and processes are highly desirable. Experience as a practicing artist or creative professional is also highly regarded.

Job-share options will be considered.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $76,426 gross per annum

+ 12% superannuation

+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary

+ annual award increase
