Narrandera Shire, located on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River, offers the ideal blend of country charm and modern convenience. As General Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of around 110 staff and work closely with the elected Councillors to deliver the goals and priorities outlined in our Community Strategic Plan. This is a critical leadership role with the scope to shape the future of our Shire.
We are seeking an energetic, forward-thinking General Manager who can build on our strong foundations and manage any future challenges. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with experience in local government or a similarly complex organisation. You will be collaborative, results-driven, and committed to both excellence in service delivery and fostering a positive, high-performance organisational culture.
