WORKS SUPERVISOR

The Shire of Kojonup is now recruiting a Works Supervisor to join the Works and Infrastructure team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader, who can motivate and supervise a civil team, holding themselves and their team accountable to the highest workplace health and safety standards. The candidate will have demonstrated experience in civil construction, maintaining and constructing roads. They will have an understanding of MRWA Specifications, quality control and contractor management.

Employment offer

This role will be offered on a contracted basis between 3 and 5 years based on performance. The remuneration component of this position will range between $92,000.00 and $102,000.00 per annum plus superannuation, with the final offer being dependent on the successful applicant’s level of experience and qualifications. The remuneration package also includes negotiated private use of a vehicle and subsidized housing.
