What You Will Be Working On
In this role, you will work closely with families, caregivers,
and local stakeholders to support the development of children aged
0-4 years, with a focus on creating culturally safe and inclusive
experiences. Your work will include:
- Helping families access resources and services that prepare
their children for school.
- Building strong, respectful relationships with Aboriginal
families, guided by cultural understanding and trust.
- Partnering with schools, community organisations, and other
services to promote belonging and participation in early years
programs.
- Planning and delivering community events that reflect local
culture and values, gathering feedback to improve future
initiatives.
About You
We are looking for a community-minded, culturally aware
individual who is passionate about supporting families and young
children. This position is designated under Section 50D of the
